    The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017)
    Samsung's upcoming affordable smartphone - the Galaxy J6 - has received its FCC certification, which in turn has revealed some of its specs.
    The display ratio surfaced upon inspecting the screenshots, found in the FCC website. The Galaxy J6 will have a 5.6" display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Not much else is known about the display at this point, so its resolution and technology are still a mystery.

    Like a younger sibling, the Galaxy A series has been getting hand-me-downs from the S series, things like the Infinity Display. Now the junior J series is getting some too - the FCC published its report on the Samsung Galaxy J6, including a few screenshots.

    These screenshots clearly show an 18.5:9 screen, the mark of an Infinity Display. Naturally, on-screen controls have taken over from the retired hardware keys. This probably means a fingerprint reader on the back as well. Unfortunately, the FCC wasn't kind enough to publish...
